How to host your own Paint & Sip Party at home

This ain’t your typical Paint & Sip Party. (Or as we like to say, Paint & Sip pARTy because we love a good dad joke.)

The Big Picture

FACT: Our arty parties are what you didn’t know was missing from your life. We host our Paint & Sip Parties live on Facebook on the first Tuesday of every month. Can’t make it? The video is posted on Facebook and Youtube so you can party on YOUR schedule.

And the parties are so easy and flexible. You can do them at home and invite everyone over, or you can hop on a Zoom call and hang out with friends and family wherever they are.

*record scratching* . . . Um, how do you do this on Zoom? It’s super easy. Your friends just need to download Zoom and choose an organizer. The organizer sends out the invitation with a link to join the party. You click the link, and the host shares her screen. Boom. Instant party.

So what do I need?

Our Creatively Box comes with everything you need. Simple.

• 12 x 12 Stretched Canvas
• 5 Colors of Paint (red, blue, yellow, black, white)
• Palette Paper
• Disposable Smock
• Step-by-Step Instructions
• 5×7 Sample Piece

If you don’t already have paint brushes, we sell those as Add-Ons.

Don’t have an easel? Get ready to have your mind blown: THE BOX IS AN EASEL.

OK, that was easy. But what else do I need for the party?

• Creatively Box (with all the stuff you’ll need)

• Favorite drink (we like the vino, but you do you, anything goes)

• Snacks (true story: you can’t possibly be expected to paint without snacks)

• Tunes (turn it up! Music=creative mojo)

• Friends (the fun ones)

Now it’s time to select the painting you want to do. Choose our most and hit us up live on the first Tuesday of the month. OR choose from our painting library (remember, the videos are on Facebook and YouTube, so you’ll have step-by-step instructions for whatever you choose).

Picasso? Van Gogh? Rembrandt? Dali? We agree they were good. But you’re you. Make your mark. Change it up. Or paint it exactly as you see it. This is your masterpiece. We’ll give you the instructions, but don’t feel like you have to stick to the rules. The first rule of Creatively is there are no rules. Whether you’re an art major, hobbyist, or have never picked up a brush, everyone can paint a masterpiece. There are three things that will help you while you’re painting, though:

1. Loosen up (the vino helps).
2. Remember there are no mistakes.
3. Be fearless.
